Here at http://www.ucsofa.com they claim (to my sincere belief) to be able to modify your car to get 100MPG. They also claim to have technology (a combination of a specialized electric motor and generator) which runs on permanent magnets that has the potential (also to my belief) to create functionally endless virtually cost-free electricity. Supposedly the technology for this type of magnetic run electric motors has been around since the invention of the permanent magnet but has been suppressed so that energy czars can rake in untold wealth. Same goes for the technology for the car with 100MPG. It's all about money.
