No more fish....
The problem of a decreasing fish stock, in particular in developing countries, is something that needs serious attention.
Besides a growing local population (more mouths to feed) it can be argued that the West bears responsability for creating a biological desequilibrium by prefering 'exotic' fish (see e.g. the documentary Darwin's nightmare about the Nile Perch in Lake Victoria).
And if local fishermen should stick to increasingly strict rules, it may be useful to look into the possibilities of setting up other income generating activities, preferably those that surpass the level of self-subsistence.
