Mike, do you realize when you were at the Golden Otter that you were only about 20 minutes from my house? That overlook in the photo where the motorcycles all were, I have taken so many pictures from that spot, as well as many other spots all in that area. That mountain is my stomping grounds when I go out to do some nature photography, I have hiked all over tha place up there.

That's pretty cool Jeff. It's a fantastic area for sure. The Saab club is already talking about doing another tour next year.
Let it go on record, that I hearby consider myself the first to pre register for next year....I'm in!

I was sent a private message through this forum by a man named Bob Brull. His message was just one sentence: "I held the record for '60 & '61".
I sent him a reply but have not heard back from him.
I wish he would have given us a few more details, like what kind of car he drove and what the record actually was back then.
