Live Show Singers...
Dear Basement Jaxx,
I saw you at the Cow Palace last night and you were the second best show aside from Le Castlevania. However, this sentiment was only felt when the two drunken karaoke singers weren't on stage screeching into the microphone. Whenever they opened their mouths, everyone in the crowd cringed. I could have gone up there and said random **** for an hour too. Seriously dudes, you guys are legit and one of the best acts around. You need to grow your show up a little bit and consider the atmosphere that you create with some guy yelling useless rubbish over a great electronic set. I'm surprised there aren't any similar posts on the boards about this, and I'd be surprised if there aren't any similar feelings floating around.

What I am trying to vocalize is that the Jaxx vocalists at said show at the Cow Palace in San Francisco ruined their set. Otherwise they were one of the best performances.

ooh, you mean the DJ set they did.
Well, i cant comment on that. But it would seem as if bringing along a vocalist or 2 would make the DJ set a little better..
And its Vula and Im guessing Slarta John?

Dont know any american vocalists that the Jaxx have ever had on their. That is unfortunate if whoever it was was so drunk that they ruined a rare Jaxx set in the states. I remember once at Inside Out when there was a random MC there who wouldnt stop talking and ruined the tunes for me a bit too so I know what he's on about. Don't think he would be refering to a live show cos the vocalists are awesome and English too.
