Certifications
Hi... I'm new here. I wish more people used this forum! Anyway, I'm looking for information about ASQ certifications. I found the section 1404 website and see that it has a certifications page: http://www.asqsa.org/certifications1.html . Unfortunately, this talks only about recertification.
Does section 1404 administer certification exams? According to http://www.asq.org/certification/dates.html the next local section exam date for the one I'm interested in (CSSGB) is Dec 5.
I'd strongly suggest that you update the asqsa.org website to provide information about these, as I would think that is the primary use case for (new) people coming to your site. Even if you don't give exams, who does? It's basically impossible for me to figure out what location I'll use to take my exam, as the "find nearest section" function at asq.org leads me to asqsa.org which has no information and a certifications page which does not confirm or deny that you can actually get certified here.
