Your host is blocking my host. Like I said, misconfigured spam filter ... :-)
I tried the soulinc address. Hopefully that is not using the same spam filter. (p.s. -- I don't spam, so no idea why my host is labelled as such ...)

I have no idea why you can't sent to me private, but the work is the cityhall and I have nothing to do with the spam filter, so I don't know why it is stopped.
I hope soulinc works.
Who is your host?
Maybe I can find out why it is blocked if I know who your host is.

I tried sending from an alternate e-mail address on the same mail server. I sent it to recokfkkdk. If it fails, then the server is being blocked. If it succeeds, then it was my main e-mail address being blocked. (A misconfigured filter, for reasons explained in the e-mail.)
