A Lanc Version Problem

I just flew a Lanc mission with 314 Squadron and found a bug with the emulator. The standard number of missions for an RAF bomber crew was 30. Three of my crew members just survived their 25th mission and the emulator notes their TOD is complete.

I suppose I could edit the data base to keep them active?
