Generate Mission options
Could the options on the mission generation screen be retained between sessions? Maybe an additional "save options" check box could be added to make the feature user-selectable.

Probably, but how much time would it save the user? Literally a second or two. 
It wouldn't take much effort to implement, but the gain would be minimal and there are other cool things I would rather add, like crash landing in neutral territory, or upgrading to .Net so there is no DLL hell. (Which I am sure users of ... *ahem* ... older computers would appreciate.  )
