B-24 Variant

Currently there is a B-24 variant up for sale on ebay as item 8722741175. I was wondering if anyone knows if this is legit? From the picture it looks like the text says "Flying Boxcars B24 Variant" as the title. From what I see it looks like this is the material that can be downloaded free at the pages
