Moderator RLW1 took your advise and made a correction on that word. I was hoping The Knife would do it , but it came back at me. I'll try and be more pro-active the next time. I hope you had a great time with your company and doing the demo work on the cabin. Weather was perfect for anything one chose to do. frog

I'm back on the rum that I've been trying to get rid of. When I shut the camp down this year, I realized that I still had a bunch of rum that had been there for over 15 years. There was half a big bottle of Bacardi Light, half a reg size of Bacardi 151, and half a reg size of Cruzan 151. I mixed them all together and I'm chipping away at it. I think this is the weekend when I put that thing to rest.

Apogee is on vacation and I'm UNEMPLOYED! Old job ended yesterday and new job starts Monday so I'm unemployed for two days! So I guess I'm on vacation....!!!! I'll try some rum! McD

When I was between jobs over the Summer, I had 2 1/2 weeks off. That was real nice.

I believe I still have 2 1 liter bottles of 151 in the liquor closet. They've been there for at least 5 years now and there's no indications they'll be gone anytime soon. You've done well Skokmeister ! Hope your liver is set for the upcoming seasonal drinking bonanza !

Do like I did and cut them down at least half and half with some 80 proof rum. My bottles were sitting around for over 15 years. I wanted to get rid of them but didn't have the courage to dump them. I feel better now and I'm ready for the next couple weeks. flyby

Survived the first week of the new job and have faked them into thinking that I actually know what I am talking about! Now I'm on vacation! yay! Will be heading up north later next week. Should I check on your place Knife? Apogee....how's the vacation going? There's a Christmas Greeting thread on the Marshfield Forum. Think I'll post "our" photo of the "photoshopped" chapel? What do you think?
I really need to do something about these defective posticons, huh? I stole them from the Wolfeboro Off-line Forum and JScott keeps changing them!

There's a new brewery in Milford NH, Pennichuck Brewing. I just had a couple of Engine #5 Firehouse Ales over at Crotched Mtn Ski and Ride. Very good brew and a portion of sales go to police and fire departments. Drink up and support our local heroes.
