The only snow we have here is all man made but they claim the skiing and boarding is good. Tomorrow night kicks off Midnight Madness at Crotched. The bar is open 'till one.

McD - Thx for the offer but I'm typing this from the Wolfeboro Inn. We're up for a couple of days to do some work on the cabin. If you see the silver Audi out front it means we're there. Stop on in but all I can offer up this time of year is a hammer and some nails. 
Presently the temp here is 20 and headed down. Did see some skim coats of ice on the big lake but even Lily Pond isn't frozen over. Some chance of snow tomorrow though it sounded like no big deal.

Hills Pond completely iced over last night with the cold temps and no wind. The sky has just turned white and a very fine snow has just started in the last few minutes. It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.....!!!!

We need to invent a drink called a Hammer 'n' Nails. Any ideas? Something that packs a big punch (the hammer) with some kind of nail shaped garnish like cinnamon sticks.
