I did TRY to get some shots of this years Alton display. Not too sure how they came out as I spent too much time fiddling and diddling w/the new equipment. I've haven't had a chance to look & "develop" them so perhaps this weekend I'll get a chance and post some of the better ones (if they're worthy). Boy that picture takes me back some years, to when we used to do a "show" for the cove at my friend's parents place on a small lake in ME. Sadly our last show didn't leave their raft as good looking as this one. But that's a story for another time .... :D

Don't feel bad. We were just posting pictures we found on the web. I didn't even go out to see any fireworks. The last live show I've seen was 3 years ago in the Winter over Crotched Mtn, which is in my front yard.
When I was in my teens, we put on quite a show on Rock Pond in Windham. Our raft looked like the one above the next day too. And all kinds of crap to clean up along the shoreline. I just don't get into it any more. I'm such a boring old fart.
