Possible Development Near Hills Pond?

The engineering study suggested 2 drainage basins, a small footprint for the houses, and 1/4 acre for each house be lawn. The water will flow under the culvert on Alton Shores Rd and end up in Hills Pond 1800 feet later. Engineer said the water flow will not increase from what comes off Avery Hill now. Frohock Brook Rd. will be paved because silt from it was found to be draining into Hills Pond.
