League Tables
Has anyone found a quick and easy way to download League tables from Full-time. We at the Cheltenham League want to download all 5 of our divisions into a format, probably word, which is easy to then send to the local newspaper for printing on Mondays. However, the best that we have come up with is a fairly laborious copy and paste operation and even this has to be on the tables as they are manifested from the code snippets and not from anywhere within the site itself
If anyone can help, we would be very grateful

Re: League Tables
Hi Nick
we've met the same problem, and at the moment the only answer seems to be copying the required text and pasting it straight into Word as tables, as you do.
We've sent in a request to Full-Time to look at it as one of the future enhancements.
But in the mean time, like yourself, if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them

Re: League Tables
If you are familiar with Macros in Excel you can record one to Paste the 'raw' data in and then Format Column Widths, Remove unwanted appearance, you could even have it e-mail direct to the Newspaper if you wish to go that far, although I would advise stopping at the stage of 'getting it to look right!'
If you are not as familiar with Excel then drop me a line via my leagues website at http://www.justfooty.co.uk/eastches/contact I'm Mark Brockbank the Fixtures secretary who also happens to be an IT Trainer hence the Excel expertise, and would therefore be happy to help!

Re: League Tables
Our local newspaper takes the League results and tables direct from our website. We simply commit to updating the information on the website by their publishing deadline each week. It might be worthwhile asking your newspaper's sports editor whether they would similarly take the information direct from the website rather than you having to email them the results/tables each week.
