As the season is about to start again, and therefore Soccer AM commencing, I thought I'd start a more cheerful thread (lets forget Ben Thatcher!!) Fill out the following on your team mates. Additional comments are optional
Best Trainer
Worst Trainer
Most skillful
Biggest moaner
Quickest player
Hard man
Worst taste in music
Joker
And finally...The longest in the shower
i'll start with a Woodies one, but I'm sure Eakes will add a different one!
Best Trainer - too many to choose from
Worst Trainer - Matty Hyde. After winning player of the season last year, this prima donna has decided he no longer needs to come training
Most skillful - Ieuan. Suppose he gets it from years of watching the mighty Tottenham though
Biggest moaner - Whoever ends up playing centre back with me & therefore having to do the work of 2 people!
Quickest player - Eakes...no seriously! You should see him over 2 yards! Ok, its probably Andy B
Hard man - the Cheese managed to break somebodys metetarsal in a friendly at the end of the season, but I'm told Kheng is not to be messed with!
Worst taste in music - difficult this one, although Matt Smith is a Westlife fan - apparently
Joker - Matty Hyde again. He was the banana culprit in Exeter Si!
And finally...The longest in the shower - dunno! I'm normally in the pub/at home 10 minutes after a game, or i was until we changed our home pitch!
And yes I am bored at the moment

Best Trainer - Dave Flynn is the only person that has been at every training session I've been to
Worst Trainer - Me against others that never go
Most skillful - John Spring out on the pitch although Ben Sinclair practices his tricks religiously
Biggest moaner - we're a happy bunch, no-one moans. Spring does get in a bad mood every game pretty much though
Quickest player - Ashton
Hard man - Sinks fancies himself down the gym but we don't really have a hard man
Worst taste in music - Ben Smith (ask him anything about eurovision)
Joker
And finally...The longest in the shower - John Spring... so i've heard

Best trainer - Probably Dan, who I think has only ever missed 1 training session.
Worst trainer - Benjiman. Usually turns up half way or after the bleep test. Having said that, at least he turns up.
Most skillful - Ben Sinclair. His tricks don't always come off, but they look damn good.
Biggest moaner - at referees? Too many to choose from.
Quickest player - Ashton, although Birtle reckons he could have him over 40+ yards.
Hard man - Definitely Sinclair.
Joker - Not sure we have a stand out person here?
Longest in the shower - too many to choose from.

Can't disagree with much of what you said there JP although I like to think my pace extends to up to and including 5 yards. Lets not play this down at all. The rest of Div 1 need to know the facts.
Worst trainer - agree with Matt Hyde. Even when he does come his efforts are Anelka-like in their commitment.
Best trainer would be Adam pinfold I reckon or Tim Addy. The latter goes back to his Army days I reckon. You can see the fear in his eyes when i go all Sargeant major on him and demand he "gets down for 10".
With quickest player I'd like to see new Jon Stone up against Andy B, might be quite close.
JP you should never have mentioned showers, like taking candy from a baby with those Slip boys. Ignoring the smutty translation of the question it must be Nick Hall for longest in the showers, or is that longest to get into the showers.
A candidate for biggest moaner would also have to be Matt Smith for his 2 legendary quotes from last season. On the first occasion I was requesting he tracked back a bit more from midfield to which he replied "why don't you just kick it further upfield".

Just too legendary to share (the truth is I started typing it then realised it didn't convert well to written text, but forgot to update the bit where I put 2 legendary quotes. All in all, "Mikenailsea-esque" I know.

I realise this won't mean anything to anyone bar me and ashton, though i'd do it anyway :
Best Trainer: ross
Worst Trainer: the 3 or 4 that have never been to a session
Most skillful: my brother, ryan, (i'd never tell him tho!)
Biggest moaner: me (a little bit less every season tho!)
Quickest player: joel (he makes ashton look like eakes!)
Hard man: big dan, i've never seen him come off second best in a 50-50
Worst taste in music: my brother, his collection includes blue, busted, backstreet boys, 5ive, enrique and spice girls, a 12 year old girl in a 19 yr old mans body!
Joker: a few are quite witty, no practical jokes tho
And finally...The longest in the shower: i'd tell you if we ever played at a place with showers available
