i was right behind it, sinclair did go in studs up, but did win the ball and i didnt think it was two footed. Just a well contested 50/50 ball for me.

Beano, if I'm honest I have no idea whether the feee kick was indeed that. I know Cheese can be a bit clumsy at times. Annoying thing is I was lined up to head that cross clear.

You were lucky you din't get a second yellow for the "dida" dive. Ashton was calling for it on the sidelines. emoticon

You were lined up to head the free kick clear aswel though emoticon

And with the dive, he did again clip my heels, but not enough for a foul, therefore i didnt say anything!

i don't see why the 'slip can't finish above woodies this season - we have players to come back plus we're still getting our fitness levels up and getting used to playing together!

not enjoying all this talk about relegation!

as for the sinclair/gooner incident, whatever the cause - if a player is down and obviously hurt, then you should keep your opinions to yourself - woodies guilty!

Dan, Ben has certainly improved over the hot head we saw a few years ago but in my opinion he still jumps into tackles a bit too much with studs up, which is what happened in the tackle with Martin. Take it from my years of experience. emoticon

It wasn't a bad tackle!just a strong one!if you can't handle strong tackles then play netball. There are plenty of tackles that are won with the studs, doesn't mean they are nasty.

You both went in hard and neither of you were in the wrong, just Ben came off the worst. If you don't go in hard then there is more chance of getting hurt. At the end of the day, if we had a replay of it, we might see something different! Where's our cameraman when you need him?

He wasn’t obviously hurt . . .

About a minute later, the aforementioned player seemed absolutley fine – so why all the swearing and rolling around on the floor like a girl?

Of course he was obviously hurt - if you knew he'd be up on his feet a minute later, then why couldn't you wait to have a word afterwards?

While you're at it, what are next saturdays lottery numbers Matt?

Because I thought he was blatantly over-reacting - and surprise surprise . . . it turned out he was.
