There's no point doing it on your own. You need 3 or 4 with a couple of people feeding the ball in from different angles at different heights etc.. to try to recreate match day situations, e.g. ball played accorss the box, laid back to edge of box etc...

I've been practicing going all sorts of ways for penalties so you wouldn't know. Next time we are both at training, lets see.

To think Adam, if you hadn't dived for that penalty against JP you could have gone away to Manchester and avoided all the flak you'e getting. emoticon

That's 'cos people like Kirby were late - we should just start without them bang on 20-30.
