Yeh yeh it wasn't a penalty!...
..personally I think the players should be suspended for constantly pressuring the ref, like a pack of wolves, especially the Chelski mob!!, most of the English contingent, if I was Styles I would of brandished the yellow even more times!

There were a number of challenges and a few yellow cards that Chelski just couldn't except, Terry has a right to talk to the ref but he abuses that and the rest of his mob always try to bully the ref.. the reason the ref made a few mistakes was because of that pressure, though he is the only man to receive a punishment!!... would of been a great game if it wasn't for all that!

To be fair though, and I'm not excusing bullying the ref, but a top ref (supposedly) shouldn't be affected. He should rise above it and be professional. If he were on top of things, he should book them, only way to shut them up, and if they continue, send them off. Mr Poll wasn't my favourite but he handle situations like you are saying well (ok bar the World Cup disaster).

Just wondered, in the first game of the season Gerrard bought a free-kick in the final minutes against Villa, he then scored the free-kick. Where was the big campaign against Riley??... that was a shocking decision from the most consistently incompetent ref in the game... I don't understand why Styles has been made a scapegoat by Liverpool fans & knobheads like Andy Gray!

I was thinking that earlier on today. To be fair, we should have beaten Chelsea 1-0, but only drawn 1-1 with Villa. I guess it goes to show that these things even themselves out over the course of a season.

Similar but not the same. Villa incident looked like it coud have been a foul but on replays it shows Petrov got the ball. Chelski incident was just plain ridiculous.
