Nath, with the squad we have at the moment, who would be your starting 11?
Mine would be...
Reina
Finnan Carra Agger Arbeloa
Benayoun Stevie Mash Babel
Torres Crouch
Pretty similar. I might put in Riise instead of Finnan and swap Arbeloa to right back, and I think it's very close between Mascherano and Alonso in the middle. Mascherano picks up too many bookings - another one last night which I think means he gets a suspension.
He's a much better defender than Alonso though.

True, but if you'd seen your team dominate all but 3 minutes of the match, you'd be a bit annoyed that you needed a late goal to salvage a draw. I still remember what you were like after Woodies beat us 2-1 with two late goals last season.
Nath - that was a totally different situation, that game was all bar 2 minutes.
By the way, I think its a bit misleading to say that you dominated that game that day, although it was a tad harsh on you that you lost that game. Partial redemption maybe this season when you got a 1-1 draw when perhaps we slightly dominated that game and should have scored at 1-0 to bury the game. But I don't hold Matt Hyde responsible for that miss. Oh OK, maybe I do a bit.
The sun is shining, feeling a bit ore optimistic about Saturday perhaps??

Yeah, I wouldn't say we dominated that game either. My post didn't make it clear, but I meant how gutted Ashton was to lose when I'd say we couldn't have argued that a draw wasn't a fair result, compared to our (Dan and I) annoyance at Liverpool's result last night.
I think there's a chance that the game could be played on Saturday, which I'm gutted about. Still think the pitches will be really wet at the moment though, so it'll need the rest of the week to be dry...

I also dont understand why the fans love Benitez so much. His record isn't great and he employs a stupid squad rotation policy

I'd disagree. He had made our defence the best in the Prem along with Chelsea (although we've been conceding sloppy goals recently). He won us the CL and got us to a final. He hasn't done any worse league-wise than other managers we've had recently. As I think I said recently, Ferguson took United seriously backwards in his first few years in charge. We just need to keep backing Rafa and give him a bit more time.

Someone who persists in playing kuyt and kewell ahead of babel and crouch really is having a laugh.
If I was a a Liverpool fan, I definately would be losing patience with him.

Nath is right, he's the best manager we've had in 15ish years and his win rate in the prem is better than prev managers. I would stick with him a couple more years at least. He has improved us (slowly in the league), we've also won the FA cup along with CL and reached another final.
He does frustrate me at times but I remind myself...
'In Rafa we trust'.
