But presumably at Barca there was a willingness on both sides. Hicks and Gillett don't want to sell.

And Barca is a different kind of club - whilst it is rich (due to it and Real Madrid taking something like 80% of the Spanish TV money) it doesn't work like a business like English clubs do. They didn't have a shirt sponsor until this season and even then, I don't think UNICEF paid millions, more like Barca doing their bit for charity.

I just can't see it happening.

No doubt Rael will give us his knowledge on the matter.

Fair point. They beat us fair and square. Fortunately we've managed to "scrape" wins against Birmingham, Reading and Wigan in the meantime...
