Having tried to search for info on the transfer, pretty much no one seems certain what was paid, but more sources say £30m than your £20m. I guess we'll probably never know for sure, which is in keeping with how complicated the deal was.

Well you can definately amend your post as he is only on loan at the moment, so we havent paid the £30m you have suggested, yet

They were the best team team over the course of the season to be fair. Trying to come up with something positive about Liverpool....er....Torres has beaten RVN's record for goals in first season in the prem. emoticon

. Rio handled it,top of the arm and Scholes should have been sent off twice!! His first booking was a horrible tackle - should have been red IMO. And how was he not booked for impeding the progress of Bent, so blatent!

I was watching the God channel earlier and they had an event coming from The New Den (Home of Millwall FC). Probably one of the most ironic venues they could have chosen. I think it was part of some world day of prayer.

They were told that 2 of the Woodies leaders were going to be on the God Channel (Ruth and Claire) but they haven't come on yet. Maybe they were at this thing at Millwall.
