i find that quite offence and infact further down that post you totally contradicted yourself.
My opinion is that Ali is the best keeper in the league, The Thornbury keeper we played against is also very good. Never seem you play and dont think im missing alot!!!!

I agree with Franco Lumps that your comments were OTT. However, there is some reasoning behind the comment as Stouty had really been quite offensive to him.

Re your comment about best keeper in the league, was that Ali who played in the final?? Wasn't overly impressed. I wouldn't say he is better than Tom or the PNJ keeper for a start. Even Turps could have saved Ieuan's penalty. emoticon

Have to say that on the basis of what I've seen this season, Andy Newell at P&J put in the best performances.

Over the past few years I think Tom has shown himself to be the most consistently good keeper so here's hoping he has another good season next year.

Ali (BSXI) also seemed pretty solid, although he did let in the only two shots on target we managed against BSXI. In fairness though, they were unstoppable efforts and clearly came from a player who just oozes class emoticon .

One thing all these guys have in common is that they dominate their penalty area and communicate with their defenders. They all seem like proper keepers as opposed to just footballers having a go in goal.
