No idea as I wasn't there to ask on Tuesday. Hopefully Paul asked. Haven't checked with him though.

Re: The 'Slip Thread

It could be quite an understrength team on sat, i recall a number of players saying that they werent avaiable after tues nights game. I think kirby's match report was a bit generous about tues. Admittedly conditions were tough, but we found it difficult to string passes together and it was very scrappy. It wasnt the best slip performance ive been witnesss too and definitely wasnt glamorous. On a positive note there were a number of good performances, i thought rory looked sharp, as he has done all season, he is a strong acquisition. Birtle and Matty johns were firm in the tackles. Brendan made another outstanding save and his handling was good in the wet. I hate hate to say it but i think we missed emoticony a bit and definitely needed turps up top.

1. I was trying be be positive and encouraging to boost morale as Cap'n. Thanks for undoing my hard work.

2. We suffered the most up front, not really in defense or midfield. So, we were rubbish because of you.

3. We did miss Turps and Flynn, however, if they'd been there, the passing would have been even worse (assuming there would be some passing)
