Everyone wants to know about the comings and goings at Slip HQ.

Good to see Hilder back in the hotseat at our weekly press conference on the board - no-one can touch a Slip side with Redshaw and Hilder at the helm.

You are clearly not confident about your starting spot at the Slip if that sort of a$$ kissing is going on.

I know this sort of admiration for the gaffers is alien to anyone involved with Woodies but it's a healthy respect. Our league position last season reflected that. Everybody knows that your cup win kept you in a job for another season emoticon

Nice comeback. I had to ask a colleague what the word admiration meant.

And Turps, you are becoming more like Dan, implying that finishing 4th is better than winning a cup.

Incorrect quoting! I believe I said that I'd rather finsih high up the table than win a cup. I meant 2nd or 3rd when we had a chance to finish that high!

Good back tracking Dan. You implied that you would rather take Slip's finish (4th) than Woodies finish (8th) and a cup win. Which was tosh then, and lo and behold, is tosh now.

Seriously I can't recall saying that I'd rather finish 4th than win a cup. If I did then, yeah, now I can see that I'd rather have won the cup!
