I must admit, I got a fair few predictions wrong too! The biggest shockers for me have been:
Santuary - who I thought would be a mid-table side. I thought losing Bruce and Christy would be a big blow but they have brought in some quality and have looked very impressive all season.
And Welton - who are currently much lower than I would have expected. They have picked up some form in recent weeks, and I still wouldn't put a mid-table finish past them, although I think they would agree with me in saying its been a poor season by their standards. A little like Tottenham perhaps!?
Been a great season so far though, long may it continue! I'm sure there is more drama to happen and I'm looking forward to trying to add some spice to the title race by beating SAS this weekend!
I will add that SAS were my tip for the title, although I'm not sure if I actually posted it on here! D'oh!

the potential was there for us to finish higher
but things didnt click i think there was/has been a lack of unity this season (i am sure andy will agree with what i am saying)
However the attitude has been better and there seems to be more commitment effort and desire in past games!! its pretty much a new team from scratch!! and touch wood we have turned the corner
its all a learinng curve and its still a young side!!

I am sure the shield fiasco helped but I noticably saw a changed in effort and teamwork in you team from beating you 9-1 to losing 1-0 if you guys show same effort of past two games going forward then perhaps the predictions pre season won't be so far out. Also you may not like this but Jamie was noticably your best player when we played you previously and was perhaps your only threat that day however he wasn't there sat and the rest of the team seemed to step up. Perhaps you looked to him a bit too much previously and it meant less teamwork as where past two games he hasn't been around and you have really pulled it together. Sorry Jamie - not saying he shouldn't be in the team but sometimes when your most skillful player is around you rely too much on him, I know we do with Joe, Widcombe a bit with CBT? Sanctuary with Ricky woodies with Eakes  etc etc.

It was only the other day I was telling Len the same thing, Crofty. Atleast I think it was Lenny.
When I play, we smash it up field, knowing i'll chase it and try make something from it. No need to apologise, as I agree. I'm really happy for the team on their past 2 results! I'll be there Saturday, and told Lenny I don't mind being benched as the team have pulled out some great results and haven't needed me there.
