Hammers look like they may have to fork out 30 million to Sheff Utd. Makes the decision not to relegate them at the time a bit of a joke. 30 million may cause them to struggle financially too.

Why can the big teams break rules all the time, but if your not one of the top four you dont get away with anything. £30million could cost West Ham there club.
