Apparently, Possebon's injury looks very nasty, even though he's United, it's still a shame, unless it had been Ronaldo of course emoticon

I think the idea was that Crewe would be pushing forward looking for the equaliser, so would leave space at the back for Torres and his pace. He missed 2 good chances apparently.

Was listening to the Radio commentary when the incident happened. Commentator's were a bit shocked when they saw the extent of the injury. Gareth Southgate on interview has said that he has no complaint at all about the sending off, it was completed justified. He hoped the injury was not as bad as it first seemed

It's a shame when they do that, they must know that you can't jump in like that.

Exactly what I said when I saw the picture. Maybe Jed should get in touch with Possebon. They can help each other out in their recoveries. Jed could invite Possebon down to a BS4 training session once he's back running again, and Possebon could invite Jed to a United training session....
