To be honest Liverpool's luck was going to run out at some stage. You can't keep nicking games. They totally out played Spurs but didn't take their chances.

So what do people think about the season being a third of the way through and Liverpool still being in the title race? emoticon

It's a long time since we had such an experience. I'm hopeful we can maintain this through Christmas, but I think we'll fall short ultimately.

Can't see Chelsea being beaten to the title the way things are going.

A good season for Liverpool league wise would be to come 2nd or 3rd as they have failed to do this in recent years.

Apart from 2006-07 when we came 3rd. And 2005-06 when we came 3rd. And 2001-02 when we came 2nd.
