Re: The Premiership thread

Keane gone for 12mil plus add-ons. Great business the Liverpool board have done there, well done. Now if Torres get injured again, all we'll have is Kuyt and Ngog emoticon

Why sell him now when we have no replacement :livid:

Small rumour of us having to agreed a fee with Valencia for Villa, that's why we let Keane go. If only.

I'm not Keanes biggest fan but he is a hell of a lot better than Kuyt & Ngog.

Bosingwa isn't being charged!!!!

Apparently because the lino saw it and no action was taken, under FIFA rules no further action can be taken! What an absolute disgrace, the lino should be banned then!

So what about the Ben Thatcher tackle a couple of years back? Wjy could the FA do something then, but not for this (I know they weren't similar challenges, but surely Bosingwa went in with intent to hurt) One rule for one.....etc etc.

Good point, I remember at the time that because Thatcher was booked, no further action could be taken but thry made a special exception which they should do in this case.

Don't think he did to be honest. Just got frustrated and pushed him in the back with his foot. It was hardly a flying kung fu kick. Still should have gone though, and it's ridiculous that he isn't being charged. A 6 game ban would be harsh though.

Re: The Premiership thread

Pretty happy we got Quaresma. We have been in desperate need of some widths for months now, I cannot believe it took us until the final half hour of the transfer window to finally sort something out!

Livid Ryan Taylor has gone to the toon, was thinking of getting him in my fantasy team!! :livid:

Didn't watch it. I had a bad eye and couldn't see very well. Pleased I missed it anyway as I knew it would be painful to watch; like every Chelsea game at the moment is!
