Can't believe Avram Grant is being seriously touted as a possible replacement!!!! The guy wasn't good enough 6 months ago!! Hiddink is talking to Roman, so looks like you'll all be losing your money. Mugs game. emoticon

Reckon the vacant managerial posts should be filled by some England cricketers - they're used to being in one minute and out the next emoticon !

Re: The Premiership thread

You cna relate Liverpool and Man U to the Bristol Churches League.

Liverpool are Widcombe. Have two great players that they are over reliant on. When they are up for it and playing well, they can beat anyone, including the big boys. But they will have off days or be injured so often lack the consistency.

Man U are BS XI. Quality all over the pitch and have quality in reserve such that when some of the players aren't playing well, others will step up. Hence the consistency over a season is shown.

Hopefully we'll be Liverpool next weekend. emoticon

Re: The Premiership thread

Liverpool were always going to beat Manu today. To keep a glimmer of hope of the league. But ManU will definitely win it, Liverpool will definitely drop points before the end of the season, somthing they can't afford to do. Lucas was amazing today, been rubbish all season then does a job against the creme.
