It's this week. I think it's usually on a Friday.

It's this friday at noon.

English teams cannot draw each other until next round and you cannot draw the team that was in your group.

Liverpool could get...

Inter
Real Madrid
Villareal
Lisbon
Lyon

Not sure, but I don't think so at this stage. Quarters onwards, I think you can, but that's because they decide the routes for each team at this stage too I think.

Re: The Champions League thread

Just watched the 2nd half of Gamba Osaka v Man United in the FIFA Club World Cup.

2-0 to United at half time, up until the 74 minute, absolutely boring 2nd half and then there was 4 goals in 5 minutes, then 2 more were added before full time which resulted in 6 goals in 17 minutes emoticon

United finally winning 5-3.

Interesting draw. I don't think there's a clear favourite in any tie other than the Lyon v Barca one, and maybe the Lisbon v Bayern one too.

Chelsea v Juventus
Villarreal v Panathinaikos
Sporting Lisbon v Bayern Munich
Atletico Madrid v Porto
Lyon v Barcelona
Real Madrid v Liverpool
Arsenal v Roma
Inter Milan v Manchester United

Not the tie I wanted but will be great to see Madrid as haven't watched them yet. I'm confident of scoring in both games, Ramos may make an impact, but not enough to shore up their very dodgy defence.

I'm quietly confident.
