Happy with our draw, will win all the home games. Should win away at Aalborg.

Probably should have accounted for the standard 0-0 against Villareal! emoticon

Not too concerned though, we played well last night. Could easily have been 3/4, should have had a pen, hit the post, clearance off the line.

Why is everyone calling him Viva now? Is it because he wanted to go to Spain? Preferred Fake myself.

Re: The Champions League thread

I don't know how Man Utd fans can chant his name so religously after what the way he treated the club over the summer.
Must make players such as Scholes, Neville and Giggs feel sick.

Didnt really chant his name at all until he started warming up, it was Viva John Tery before that.

Dont like the way he acted over the summer but since he has been back, he has apparently been first on and last off the training ground every day. With that commitment I dont have too much of a problem.

Yeah right, who's said that? Fergie? course he's gonna say that - he's not exactly gonna say he's been dragging his feet cos he thinks he's better than everybody else!

Man Utd fans weren't their usual selves last night surprisingly.

Worry about your own teams problems first emoticon

Nah, to be fair last night he played well when he came on. Cant fault his effort last night and if he plays like that all season then cant have any complaints. Jury is still very much out on him, but we are far more likely to get good performances out of him by not booing him!

Atmosphere didnt seem as good as normal last night, until the last 20 mintues.

Re: The Champions League thread

I am always amazed at the number of players that are always the last off the training field. I have this picture of players out there in the dark saying "After you" "No, after you".
