Could be more like Gary Neville. They miss you for ages but by the time you're back they've got the position sorted anyway with a couple of trophies under their belt.

I don't understand when people say 'kid' or 'son' to people of a similar age and it's even more strange when the person they are saying it to is older than them! Just say mate like a normal person!
