It's the last day of Breast Cancer awareness month in October, this being the last day..

Hi, Nigel from Sanctuary asked me to post this. Dale from his team ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament playing against Rock. He was meant to be doing Everest soon so I believe, so not sure what will happen with this. Please keep him in prayer maybe he'll be able to do the trip still I know he is out for the season at least.

Crofty/My Twins if you are in touch with Dale please pass on best wishes from all of us at Rock. Dale is a really good player and we have all enjoyed battles with him in midfield over the seasons.
We will pray for a full and speedy recovery, and look forward to having him back kicking me soon!!

I'm not sure who this PaulFreeman is. I thought it was the Welsh guy who plays for Rock but apparently the one on here "enjoys battles in midfield".
