WOW, a third division!

Has any other Christian league done this?

Even I have never played in the 3rd division of a churches league? Looks like I have got BS4 up a division at the first attempt though! emoticon

p.s. don't ask, I am under contract!

Still one off the prem though. So no real progress emoticon

Give me time Dan, give me time! My goal is to get BS4 into the top flight, only time will tell...

Re: DIVISION THREE THREAD

i hardly call it relegated crofty no one knew it was going to happen untill the season finished

i call it more of a "reshuffle" or "revamp" of the league

Just trying to build you up Lenny for your miraculous Exeter style comeback, so close to going into Administration to then become first team to win back to back promotions and win the BCFA premier league you heard it here first emoticon

I know but trying telling Ian that he didn't get BS4 promoted this year emoticon

Re: DIVISION THREE THREAD

Hey, quick question for anyone who knows... are we going to be playing each other twice or 3 times? With only 7 teams that makes 18 matches if we play each other 3 times, still less than last season. I presume that's the plan?

Of course against any 1 team you will have an uneven number of home/away fixtures but it will be possible to offset this in the grand scheme of things with 9 home & 9 away across the season.

Home and away doesn't really matter in this league.

Other than Filwood where the pitches are so bad you boys become used to them and it suits your style of play. emoticon

Ha. I've got most of our team telling me that the pitches don't suit us, and give our oppo an advantage. The stats say that we picked up 14 points at home last season with a GD of +1, against 13 points away with a GD of 0.

It suits Thornbury more than anyone. We're looking at moving pitches so don't worry.
