Wahooo Master Puff Strikes!
Just got the Team CAIU 12"  the other day...finally hooked it up to an Orion 800w ... and the thing is absolutely AMAZING! Sounds almost just like my SX, but maybe better! Woooo go puff

Yep.
I'm glad he's happy though.He is quite amazed at the sound.To think, a couple of nights ago he was thinking about how small the sub looked, and if it'd be loud enough or not.
Safe to say his goals were met.He got more trunk space back, it's just as loud, (if not louder) and it sounds good to him.
The SX had the advantage up to a point.2x the cone area and about 500 more watts.But it didn't have the puff shell
That's the main goal, customer satisfaction.
