Re: My future system Well you could get kicker comp vrs, 2 10s for $124. Or you could even go with 2 12s with a vented box for $229. Also if you want 1 10",12" or 15" sub you could go with:
RE10- $59
RE12- $69
SE10- $149
SE12- $169
SE15- $199
That stays within your $200 range, within your $250 range you could add the SX10 for $239.
Re: My future system Stay away from ED.With all this internet hype I decided to recommend it to my friend, he ordered a 15A and a week later (being pushed by 500rms of CLEAN power) it decided to fail.He sent it back in to be repaired (it only took them forever) and he sold it.
I have no respect for that company.
Now I totally recommend RE and adire.You could do 2 tempests (if you got room) and power them with a JBLbp1200.1 and that'd be good.
I like my profile amp.At first I got it just to use for a little bit.I like it, it hardly gets hot and I won't lie I abuse the hell out of it (and my sub) and it does it's power cleanly I assume.To the best of my ability (without pushing my sub beyond it's limits).
But to this day I have not heard it clip.Although I have the BA series, and I also have a non-working B200 (the previous owner installed it wrong) but I love my amp.I'll probably never sell it.I was actually going to use mine (my BA400) to power a set of those.But my plans have changed.
