and how hard is it to wire up the amps 2 the subs?? like if i use the instructions and i have some electrical background and some help from my pops who has alot of electrical experience will i b ok??
Re: HELP!!! There is nothing wrong with the rockfords, its just there is better out there for around the same price. Also the new rockfords have been having problems.
Just to tell you, I have had personal experience with ikesound and it went flawless, so I wouldnt worry with them.
As for wiring the subs, its easy. Once you decide on the setup, I can give you step by step instructions on how to wire it all up.

Re: HELP!!! Not to be rude also (just trying to help) but that is an overpriced POS lol.
From my experiences so far, the RF stuff doesn't have any good SQ......and they have less output over previous models.
That box is only made of 5/8"MDF and plastic....I wouldn't trust it.I HAVE installed those same subs (in that box) and it was weak.The sucker that bought it paid the $400 for it.
The SQ was horrible, and the SPL was lacking....it was sad to see any RF product sound that bad.
Rockford fosgate is not top of the line, they might have been back when they had the bbq amps but that's about it.They have really lost qaulity, I removed the RF forum here because I do not like their products enough to keep that section.
Now onto the problems with the box, at high volumes it has port noise in a major way.I found it had a couple little leaks as well.I don't like the fact that it is made of 5/8" MDF
I will design you a box for whatever subs you decide on for free.
