CSS
Anyone play this game anymore ? I need to find some better servers. I play all the webkiller servers but there loaded with hacks.. The last few weeks almost every game i jump into theres a damn hack 
If anyone still plays and knows of a decent server let me know.. I almost gave up on q2 for the same reason but I got lucky and found foo's 4u2 server. 
Thats what i need, a bunch of guys wanting to have fun.. Tuff to find nowadays..

DAMN just jumped into a CSS game.. Hack on each side
Tried a q2 game and guess what.. BOT..
Now i see why nobody plays anymore..
I give up.. gonna play some s/p games for awhile...

Lurch what exactly do you mean by a Hack? If it is cheating I thought Steam helped prevent that.

Theres two hacks ive seen in CSS.. One is like a q2 bot but its very obvious when you ride there back, they shake alot and run 3 times faster.. The other is a wall hack, they can see and shoot thru walls.. That one a havnt seen as much but its there..
I jumped the gun when i said i give up on m/p games.. played a few games with moe-hugo-cavedweller sat morning right after i posted that and had a great time. I guess theres still a few good servers around..

Hey Biglurch... I still play CSS a couple times during the weeknites and during the weekends. Do you use the player-search thingy below?

Note:I already filled the player search field with "[4u2]".

yeah it's hard to find any good games these days. I've been neglecting all my games lately. Mostly due to work, and being tired. I was in radio control mode awhile. But even that got fubared. When some one broke into my shop and helped themselves to my r/c truck and it's transmitter. To top that off I had just got some new glow plugs for it since the weather has been nice. Oh wells as the saying goes (**** happens!)

Sorry to hear about the break-in Kami. Personal possessions can always be replaced... I'm assuming the criminals did no bodily harm to you and/or co-workers or family. That is most important.

No one was there when it happened. So that's a plus. Yeah I'm not to worried about it since I can get another on Ebay. I still have all the support equipment for it.
