Say Hello Thread!!
Well, since traffic has died down to a screeching halt here, I'm creating this thread JUST so all can post a "hello I'm alive and well", and I'll take a flyby posting. So just reply here and let us know what you're up to!

This is Hammer still on dialup. I have exhausted all my prospects for high speed internet, including satellite. No one is interested in Joplin, Missouri, oh well. I have been playing Q2, when it hooks up. I seem to be able to, ocassionally, hook up with Tastyspleen rail. When I ping some other servers I see Sid, Moe and Hugo, just can not join them. Any word on SQ?

Well Hammer, I think most just occasionally check here, guessin once a month vs. a few times a day like it used to be. I haven't been in touch w/Squirrel at all. I should drop him an email.

Went thru a divorce, sold my house, and moved back to the country...and I still have cable. :} I need to load q2 back up and see if I can still play the game.
good to see a few guys still here. I miss chatting on this board..

i still check in from time to time, to see what you all are up to.
i still play a bit of q2, but have given up on fps games in general for a bit. After getting a modern machine, i went through all the cool games i had missed for the last several years. i had been super interested in hl2 after watching all of your comments for some time, but was just not able to feel at home in the physics. i did like FEAR alot, but dont touch it anymore. Q2 is the only fps i will fire up.
i have been running a racing league, and can provide the game if any of you have any interest. i know there are some racers and race fans here. If you have interest, contact me somehow.

Still here in California, though later this month I'm moving to Texas. Ping is still jumpy out here so I don't play q2 much. tastyspleen is still going strong, which is good to see. As long as there's always some place for me to unleash. Only thing is, any more, everyone is getting pretty good and it's difficult to keep up.
