For some reason, I thought to check the site out for old time's sake. Anyone still playing? I miss the good old days of fragging in elegant simplicity. emoticon

Wow Squirrel, a true blast from da past.

Hmm, the idea is intriguing... setup a 4u2 server for old times sake and get ye olde crew back for some fraggin? It certainly can be done. However, the traffic to this board has literally halted. I still have a lot of the old email addys, so I can send a blast out and we might get some responses emoticon.

Will I be seeing you in Team Fortess 2 any time soon?

I don't know. To save space around the place, we just have a notebook. It might be able to play (has ATI integrated graphics), but it could be a limited afair. Q2 could be really fun after all this down time for most of us. Plus by now we should all have broadband connections! emoticon

I wonder how many people still use the same old email? I know I still check my yahoo, so maybe?

I just noticed that you can embed youtube clips! Sweet!

Wow I thought I would never hear from you again SQ. I would love a frag fest. I am not really playing anything on line. I do ocassionally play single player games. I recently hooked up with Verizon and have broadband. Went several years with dialup. Great to hear from both you and Foo.

I haven't had the chance to dig the old email addys, but I'll try to send something out and see what happens.
I may not setup server if we eventually do this... methinks it's easier to just use one of the many Tasty Spleen servers and I figure there's gotta be a few empty servers out there we can use.

I'm playin a lot of Team Fortress 2 (you can get it for less than $10 on Amazon), and Insurgency (a FREE mod using the HL2 engine on Steam).

I'm kickin' it on my Xbox360. I haven't gone Gold in a while, so it's strictly SP action. Otherwise, my notebook would be pretty limited to what it could actually run without bogging down. I have a feeling that Q2 would run okay though. emoticon

On a side note, I spend almost zero time on the intarwebs these days. I'm fighting social networking sites to the bloody end, so there's no time spent there! emoticon

So Foo, did you ever invest in a new video card, or are you still on something manufactured in 1998? emoticon
