I remember reading, here, about someone who had their cable internet hooked up and obtained a program to aid in bandwidth hogging. They posted the web site where the program could be located. I have looked for the post yet can not find it. If the one who posted it remembers the web page let me know what it is.

Hmm. Be careful. If your ISP finds out they might come after you. Likely you'd get your service disconnected if they caught you, but I'm no lawyer. emoticon
