Latest kambox

Well here's the specs on the kambox as it stands now.
Asus A8n32 sli
Athlon 64 3000+
7600 gt
wd 120 primary drive
maxtor 250 back up and download drive
memorex dl dvd
memorex dvd
ultra x2 550 watt supply
all in an antec plus view tower case. Samsung 730B lcd monitor.
Figured the A8N32 would be better choice for further upgrades than the A8V I was running. This should prove a good basis for some more tweaking at a later date.

Re: Latest kambox

The games run real good on this box. I did find that the thermal paste on my radeon was dried out. After I replaced it with the new 7600. I have an extra case laying around so I might install the old mb power suppply and radeon in it.
I need help with the lcd though. My question is for anyone that plays on one. Am I limited to 60 fps since 60 is the refresh the monitor can handle?

No, most new games override the refresh rate. It's usually in the video settings. It should be called "vsync," not to be confused with "Nsync." Looks like a nice setup, hope it does the trick fer ya!
