Urgent: Aqua Cow Rise
Does anyone know someone in the UK with this system? unfortunately we have one of our best dows down following a bulling accident. She can now stay standing if lifted with the hoist but has severe muscle damage and bruising, so she is a good candidate for hydrotherapy, but will get further muscular pressure injury and probably become a chronic downer if we don't do this. I believe that there may be some vet practices or contractors who hire these tanks out - if anyone knows of someone please let me know in the next 36 hours or so.

Re: Urgent: Aqua Cow Rise
Thank you to everyone who PM'd me with contact details. I was able to contact Dureble who import the tanks into the UK, and through them find one in Shropshire, just an hour north of here.
Although it was ultimately unsuccessful with this cow, I did see a clinical improvement in the cow following hydrotherapy and my first impression is that it is more welfare friendly than any other lifting gear I have tried - and I have tried plenty working in different parts of the country as a vet. Although I hope not to have any more down cows in the near future, it is something we will definitely try again as a first resort when needed in the future.
