Really, I just heard a week ago that she is at least done for the year and might be done forever. I was told her udder fell off, this came from a couple guys who judge and show on the national level.

I'll throw out the two that I liked at Arethusa. Hazel and Krystal, with Krystal being my favorite. I will say one thing, I didn't get to see Krystal walk.

Buckeye, I should have been more clear. I was discussing Lyster Beauty. I have no knowledge about donkeys except for the fact after clipping at Blessings that I never want to own any.

Re: 2008 Madison top contenders ?
Thats good to hear, it would be a shame to see a cow like that peak as a Jr. 2

I like Angel but I think she is too high in the pins and weak in the loin to be grand. I think she could be a contender for her class though.

Re: 2008 Madison top contenders ?
I remember a similar thread last year suggesting Leader Melanie was going to walk away with it.
Why dont we wait and see, a lot can happen between now and October

You are right , don`t forger her , she is what we call the ¨true type¨kind of cow and I saw her 3 weeks ago just before milking , she is good . She almost died after calving due to a lack of k+ and she was down for 2 weeks , Pierre Boulet, the ownwer was watching her every night at the vet Hospital until she was ok , if she win , it will be a nice story ...
