 First games
The Kettering League starts on Wednesday 10th May 2006, 7 pm at Montagu School Sports Complex, Weekley Glebe Road, Kettering.
My own team, Retail Assassins, is really looking forward to it. We could do with a couple more players for the squad, as we only have 8 players right now.

I'm really looking forward to my first game. I've practiced with some friends but this will be my first real match. Bring it on!

results
May 10th saw my team, Retail Assassins, play 2 friendly matches against Hit and Run. Most teams had asked for their first games to be postponed so the league decided to play some non-league games.
The 2 matches ended up dead even. Hit and Run won the first match 4-2 and Retail Assassins came back to win the second match 4-2.
We all had a blast and we are looking forward to the knock-out tournament on May 17th.

Cant wait till the new leagues up n started should be gr8. need some more teams, tho for competitive games. Training sessions are needed like the gd old days lol

Should have 3 teams for the first week, as long as the new lads from Montagu 6th Form are there.
I've got one or two ideas for publicising the league and bringing in more players.
