Much help needed on a huge project
I have decided that we really have to move this board to a "no-advertisement" site. I have heard concerns about the ads that show up here, and the concerns are well-founded.
I need one older volunteer (preferably over 15) to coordinate the move. He or she would choose individual threads from which to create a compendium for each. These would be transferred to the new board, so we would keep an archive of important threads.
This "head volunteer" could recruit other volunteers, including younger ones, to help with the process. He or she would ask me which threads to include if some of the choices are not obvious.
Once we have the volunteers in place, I will give the new site information to the head volunteer.
Any takers? If you want to be one of the sub-volunteers, go ahead and post your willingness to sign up.

I don't know if I could handle the responsibilities of Head Volunteer, but I'm more than willing to help out any way I can as a sub-volunteer. If no one else will take Head Volunteer, then I will, I'll just need a bit of direction.
