Re: Introductions
Hello there,
My name is Tracy. I am a graduate high school girl of the year 2004. Right now I am saving up money for college. I am going to be sending in a application to Moody Bible-Insitute College to get a Christian Elementry Teachings Degree. I love children, and maybe I can teach math to kids (for some reason I can give a better and understanding way of teaching math than the teachers that I have encounter).
I love to listen to Christian Rock and Gosipel music. My top two favorite Christian bands are Skillet and Newsboys. At church I am on the worship team and church choir. I love to sing as well as you can see that I am on those two things at the church that I go to. With musical stuff, there is sometimes I do help out with children Christmas Programs. Singing whys I am a soprano.
If you ever stop by in my home city/town, I would gladly like to spend time with ya. Just give me a buzz. You all are brothers and sisters to me. I am very tender, loving, and caring. Hehe, TLC my initals (honestly there are my initals). I am an organized freak, if you ever see my room, its the best place to hang out and is most or all the time cleaned (only thing that would be out of place is my covers on my bed). I am a very hard worker, over achiever, I'll do my best to get a job done, and I am so willing to help others. When I am with my youth group, I am very much of a goof ball, I do tend to act pretty goofy and funny. I sometimes can be shy at first, but I will open up quickly.
I am very active at my church. Get ready for the list of stuff. Tuesday's I have a High School Bible Study at night (three of us are out of high school). Wednesday's are when I have Awana's. I am no longer a youth helper but an Awana leader. I am on the staff commity, I copy papers and send them to the rightful clubs. Thurday's I have Choir and Worship practice at my church. Sunday's I am either doing nursery or singing up front when leading songs (during the morning). Sunday nights I go to my youth group, and have a fun time.
Summer time is my favorite time of the year. Nature starts to look green around where I live. If I want to cool off I will just go down town to Lake Michigian to my father's sailboat, and take the family's little paddleboat and cruse around the marina. I will try most of the time using my bike instead of my car to travel around of where I live. Biking is a very favorite thing that I like to do. I even love to go on nature hikes and spend as much time outside than inside. One thing that I don't truly like about outdoors is the bugs *shivers*. I act like a weak or a little whimp when I see bugs. Ladybugs and butterflys don't bother me, its just the other bugs do.
I am in a family of four. Two parents and a younger sister. My family owns two dogs, a dalmation named Oreo, and a husky mix named Juno (spelling is wrong, but its the capital of Alaska). I live in a clonial house that was supposely built in 1885. I have a huge back yard. My father built a lovely pond where fish, frogs, and other creatures can live. Heh, I can see my high school from my backyard.
Stuff I like to do around my house when I have no where to go. Spend time reading Dragons In Our Midst, my top and mainly only book that I read. From birth I was born with a learning disability where I can't comprehend stuff that well. Heh, with Dragons in Our Midst I have understood ever bit of it. God is helping me through this disability that I have. Another thing that I will do is play on PS2 the games DDR and Eye Toy. You don't really use a controller pad with your hands, its your feet and body. I will play with the dogs, or chat with my friends. Sometimes I will think up stuff to do.
Well, I don't know what more I should talk about myself, but if any of ya would like to ask me a question, I am an open book. I have nothing to hide. Sorry for the long introduction about me. Everybody have a blessed day.
Your Sister in Christ,
Tracy
"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pasture, He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul, He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake." Psalm 23:1-3

nj,
Greetings! How old are you, and where in Oregon do you live? I've been to your beautiful state. It was cold and windy when I visited, but we had a wonderful time.

We visited Crater Lake first, then we went to Florence and saw sea lions. From there we went to Washington and saw Mt. St. Helens.

I'm hoping to do a western U.S. tour someday. I'll let the board know when it's scheduled.
