Back on topic:
Wedding Plans
1 year later...
"Trust me, you do not want me to write our vows."
Linfey playfully punched Talmus in the arm and said,
"C'mon! You can do it."
Talmus put a finger beneath her chin, and turned her face to look at him. He lightly kissed her forehead, then said,
"Linfey, the best I can do is have us say quotes from our favorite movies."
Linfey gigled.
"No,"
Talmus protested,
"I'm serious. Imagine you shouting from the altar, 'Now for wrath! Now for ruin! And a red sunrise!"
Linfey burst into laughter. Talmus continued,
"Or me, 'Tower, we have a situation! Mayday! Mayday! We're goin' down!'"
Linfey grabbed the pencil and paper from Talmus and said,
"Okay, I'll write the vows, you choose songs."
Talmus slapped his forehead, and brought his palm slowly down the length of his face.
"Linfey, d you want 'Irene' playing while the ceremony begins? If not, I suggest you exclude me."
Linfey choked on a drink of water, coughed, and then said, exasperated,
"Okay, Talmus, but you need to do something! How about decorating?"
Talmus smiled evily,
"With Lord of the Rings and Squadron 54 posters!"
"No! Talmus!"
Talmus smiled, then kissed her cheek.
"Exclude me."
"Fine."
Talmus gave er a lopsided grin, and brushed atray strand of auburn hair from her face.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
