Mini fillo shell dessert
MINI FILLO SHELL DESSERT
This idea is from the Hungry Girl e-newsletter.
You get a standard size Snickers bar, and slice it in half length-wise. Then cut each half into 5 "nuggets". Set out 10 frozen min fillo shells and pop a chocolate nugget into each one.
Place them on a baking sheet, bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°F, then let them cool.
Nutrition info: One serving = 2 Snickers filled shells, 91 calories, 4.75 g fat, 53 mg sodium, 11g carbs
I made two batches of these. I used Milky Way for one, and a Mounds bar for the other one; after they came out of the oven I sprinkled a few flakes of coconut over the ones with the Mounds.
